My 5-star review:

This extension really helps fill the void left by not being able to right-click on the breadcrumb above each open file.

Although it would be great to see it open sourced, just having it available is awesome. After assigning it to a keystroke (Ctrl+Shft+Alt+P), it has been tremendously helpful with annotating flows!
